Business Agreement
Business Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement

By listing your business on Rooting Locals, you agree to these terms in full. You confirm you are the owner or authorized representative of the business you are registering.

2. One Business Per Account

Each account may only be linked to one business. Business associations are permanent and may only be changed by an administrator.

3. Subscription & Payment

Access is billed monthly at the start of each cycle. Late or failed payments may result in suspension. Plan upgrades take effect immediately.

4. No Refunds

Once a billing month has begun, you are responsible for the full monthly payment. No prorated refunds will be issued upon cancellation.

5. Your Business Data

All business information, photos, and event details you submit are your sole responsibility. You grant Roots Marketing LLC a non-exclusive license to display this content on the platform and in related marketing materials.

6. Event Approval

All events are subject to review and approval. We reserve the right to deny any submission at our sole discretion.

7. No Liability for Submitted Data

Roots Marketing LLC is not liable for any consequences arising from inaccurate, misleading, or unauthorized content you submit. You indemnify and hold harmless Roots Marketing LLC from any claims arising from your submitted content.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You may not submit false business information, solicit fake reviews, or list a business you do not represent. Violations may result in immediate termination without refund.

9. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina. Disputes shall be resolved in Horry County, SC.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account on Rooting Locals, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, do not create an account.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years of age to register.

3. Data Collection

We collect your name, email address, zip code, and platform activity (favorites, reviews) to operate and personalize your experience. We do not sell your personal information. Data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption.

4. User Content

Reviews and ratings you submit are your responsibility. By submitting, you grant Roots Marketing LLC a non-exclusive license to display your content on the platform. We may remove content at our discretion.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to submit false reviews, harass other users, attempt unauthorized access, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

6. Data Security & No Liability

We implement commercially reasonable security measures. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure. You submit data at your own risk. Roots Marketing LLC is not liable for any breach caused by factors outside our reasonable control.

7. Limitation of Liability

Roots Marketing LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed $100 USD.

8. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina. Disputes shall be resolved in Horry County, SC.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
